Mia is an Embodiment and Movement Specialist with 15+ years of experience. Think of her as a Relationship Coach for Bodies, helping people connect with Their bodies in a deeper, more intuitive way and setting new benchmarks for body awareness and connection.

This workshop takes You into a deep embodied experience.

It’s a love letter to Your body and feminine energy. Let go of traditional ideas and fixed notions. Together, We’ll move through untouched parts of Ourselves and discover new insights along the way.

With Natural Movement, free-flow dance, and somatic exercises, We’ll connect to the flow, nurturing, and receptivity that live within Us all.

It’s about fully feeling Your body, not just moving through the motions. You’ll connect deeply with each movement, bringing full awareness to how Your body feels in every moment.

This is a space for self-expression, healing, and a deeper connection with Your body. Open to all gender identities, it invites You to embody feminine energy in a way that honors Your unique self.
